Do I need to buy before I see the portrait?
No. Start with one free preview. You choose whether to purchase a product or a digital download after seeing the artwork.
Can I make this as a gift?
Yes. Use a clear dog photo you have permission to upload. Create the portrait, choose your matte poster and add the recipient’s Australian delivery address before payment. Each print is made to order, so if it is for a particular date, please order early.
Is the digital download included?
Made with the artwork you choose. Digital portraits are sold separately.
What if I have more than one dog?
You can start a portrait with one, two or three dogs, using a separate photo for each. You’ll see the price for the dogs in your portrait before you pay.
How do I check delivery and returns?
Tracked delivery within Australia is included in the print price, with no separate shipping charge. Our print partner usually needs 2–5 business days to make wall art, T-shirts, hoodies, mugs, phone cases and bowls after receiving an order for production. The first business day is the next business day after that handoff. Weekends and public holidays do not count; artwork checks or a production hold can add time. Delivery time is additional and varies by product, destination and fulfilment location. Items in a mixed order may ship separately, with separate tracking.
