Product details

Your file: A clean, unwatermarked PNG of the portrait you choose. The artwork is approximately square; its exact pixel dimensions depend on the accepted portrait.
Printing elsewhere: Check the downloaded file’s pixel dimensions with your printer. At 300 pixels per inch, divide each pixel dimension by 300 for the print size in inches. A 1024 px edge is about 8.7 cm; a 4096 px edge is about 34.7 cm. Larger prints depend on the file and your printer’s requirements.

Something else on your mind? We’re here to help.

Do I need to buy before I see the portrait?

No. Start with one free preview. You choose whether to purchase a product or a digital download after seeing the artwork.

Can I make this as a gift?

Yes. Use a clear dog photo you have permission to upload. Buy the digital portrait, download it from your private order page and email or send the file yourself. You can also print it yourself or use another printing company. The download stays on the paying customer’s account for 90 days from the order, so save a copy before you send it.

Is a physical product included?

This is a digital portrait purchase. Physical products are purchased separately, using the exact artwork you choose.

What if I have more than one dog?

You can start a portrait with one, two or three dogs, using a separate photo for each. A digital portrait is $29 for one dog, $39 for two dogs or $49 for three dogs. You’ll see the price for the dogs in your portrait before you pay.

How do downloads and returns work?

Digital-only orders have no shipping fee or delivery address. Your digital portrait is delivered to your private order page. Download it as often as you like for 90 days from your order, and save a copy so you can keep using it afterwards. See Photos and portrait rights for access conditions, including account or portrait deletion and payment disputes. For the current terms, see our delivery information and returns policy.
