No. Your portrait is created digitally from your photo and chosen style. Your photo guides a new artwork rather than an exact copy. You can see your watermarked preview before buying.

You can start a portrait and check out as a guest. An optional secure email link helps you return to your saved work.

Yes. Choose your favourite portrait, then browse the products for it. Each item in your basket keeps the exact portrait and options you picked.

Digital orders have no shipping fee. Canvas and matte poster prices include tracked standard delivery within Australia. Delivery for other physical products is calculated for your address at checkout, and your full total is shown before you pay.

Your checkout and portrait stay saved. We confirm your payment before creating an order, so you can come back to the same checkout and finish there without starting again.

We keep your photo private to your project and explain how it’s handled before we create your preview. Uploading it doesn’t give us permission to use your dog in marketing. Read Photos and portrait rights for details.

For portraits started from 23 October 2026, we share page visits, previews, basket and purchase events with Meta and Google to measure our ads, with your email in coded (hashed) form. We never share your photos, portraits or dog details. You can switch this off in Privacy choices, and our privacy policy explains the details.
