What you choose, what is saved, and what happens next.
Woof Spark Portraits is run by Woof Spark Pty Limited, an Australian dog-care company based in Cessnock, NSW. “We” and “us” mean Woof Spark Pty Limited, and “you” means the person placing the order.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
Our portrait software studies your dog’s photo (their markings, colouring and expression) and creates a brand-new artwork in the style you choose, using portrait styles we have developed and refined. It isn’t hand-painted or hand-drawn. Your photo guides a new artwork rather than an exact copy, so check your preview carefully and use your refinement before you buy.
Starting a portrait is free and needs no card. Each project includes one free watermarked preview and one refinement. Your preview is distinct from a paid digital file or physical product, and choosing a style does not purchase anything. The watermarked preview is for choosing your portrait; usage rights come only with a purchased digital portrait.
Only upload a photo you took or have permission to use. You keep your rights in your photo, and you allow us to use it to create your portrait and fulfil your order, as explained in Photos and portrait rights and our privacy policy.
You choose the exact portrait used on your products, and your order uses that portrait and the product design you approved. We store your portrait files for at least 90 days after your order unless you ask us to delete them sooner, as our privacy policy explains, so please download and save your digital portrait during that time.
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Canvas and matte poster prices include tracked delivery within Australia. Delivery for other physical products is added at checkout. Your full total is shown before you pay. We accept cards and, where your device supports them, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Square. Your card details go directly to Square, not to us.
Your order is confirmed when we have confirmed your payment and created your order. If a payment result is unclear, we check with our payment provider before creating an order, so please don’t pay twice.
If we ever show an obviously wrong price, we’ll contact you before going ahead, and you can choose to cancel for a full refund.
Every portrait and physical product is made to order from the artwork you choose, so change-of-mind refunds aren’t available once your digital portrait is ready or your physical product is in production. Returns and order help explains what happens if something is wrong.
Buying a physical product pays for that product to be made with your chosen artwork. Digital files are sold separately. A digital file can be added to a canvas or matte poster; for other products, buy a digital portrait separately.
We deliver physical products within Australia only, by tracked standard delivery. Canvas and matte poster prices include delivery. Delivery for other physical products is calculated for your address and shown at checkout before payment.
We’re responsible for loss or damage that is a reasonably foreseeable result of our failing to meet these terms or the Australian Consumer Law. We aren’t responsible for how your file looks when someone else prints it.
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms shown when you place an order apply to that order.
These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia.
